Day 8

Day 8. . .Today was a fast day due to the train ride from Paris to Provence. We were up by 9 in the morning and finished packing. When we finished we still had some time to kill before the taxi arrived, so we walked around the block to buy some pastries for breakfast. We ended up visiting a few shops and buying a few items. We headed back to the apartment and waited for our ride. When the cab arrived we went to the train station and our journey to provence began. Nothing exciting happened during out train ride, and we arrived in southern France at around 4.

Once we had picked up our car, which we drove to the apartment and settled down. We went to a restaurant recommended to us by the owner of our apartment. It was right down the street and was absolutely incredible. Overall, our day was very relaxing considering all of the traveling, and we are looking forward to what will happen here in Apt, Provence.
